How do I get financial aid for a handicap van?
Question : How do I get financial aid for a handicap van?
I live in Pennsylvania and would like to know of any agencies etc.. that would help pay for a handicap van.

You would probably have better luck soliciting donations if you already had the van and just needed modifications to it. No agencies I know of are willing to give people a free vehicle unless it’s a junker.

I don’t know about Pennsylvania, but in California, I’ve heard that there are resources to make modification to your vehicle if it’s used for gaining independence through an approved work program or training program to become ready for employment. You may want to check with your area’s Department of Rehabilitation.
