Question : How come I frequently get heartburn after eating a turkey sandwich?
I’m 24 female and frequently get heartburn after eating homemade turkey sandwiches for lunch. Nothing crazy turkey, wheat bread, mayo. Most sites online say that is one of the best meals to eat to NOT get heartburn. Any explanation?

mayeb its something they are cooking the turkey with?
try getting boars head cold cuts instead of homemade and see if that helps
