Question : Help for women who can’t afford treatment for bulimia ?
Are there any programs to help families send loved ones to recovery centers that can’t afford it?

A friend of mine is in deep danger and is suffering from bulimia. She needs help now, but can’t afford to get it.

Please send links or suggestions about helping families afford recovery or treatment.
This would help greatly.

I went through this myself when I was younger for about a year due to poor self esteem problems, and at the time I was too ashamed to tell anybody. It came to a point where I trusted my boyfriend enough to tell him and he helped me through it – in my experience i found that just having me friends there by my side and just letting me know how much they care pulled me through it!
