has anyone tried the Medical Weight Loss Centers?
Question : has anyone tried the Medical Weight Loss Centers?
I do not know if the Medical Weight Loss Centers are in any other states, but in Michigan they have what is called Medical Weight Loss Centers. They are always advertising on television and in the paper, was wondering if anyone has used them and if so what were the results?

Yes, I go to a weight loss clinic in Daphne Alabama. It has been a really good decision for myself. I can call them if I ever need help fighting the cravings, great support system. They prescribe a pill it is called Phentermine. I have lost 43lbs so far and still loosing. Please keep in mind that I am not just relying on the pills. I have changed my lifestyle completely. I have cut all proportions in half ( Which the pills help fill you up so this is possible). Also I wake up earlier so I kick start my metabolism. I try to work out 2-3 times daily. Yes it is hard but completely worth it. Check out those pills because they really work but they are not for everyone.

Yes! It’s pretty expensive, but it’s worth every penny! I lost about 25 lbs. in 2 months. I fallowed it really good, but towards the end I started cheating a little. It’s really a good program. I’ve never been able to keep myself motivated enough to lose more than 5 lbs at a time. You’re pretty much guarenteed to lose the amount of weight you want, as long as your fallow the program. When you go in they tell you exactly how much weight you will be able to lose and they tell you the exact amount of time you can lose it in. The diet wasn’t very hard for me once i got started. They tell you to try and exercise daily, I don’t think I exercised once the entire time, but I know you’d lose a lot faster if you did! There is a 6 week “stabilization” that you fallow after you hit your goal weight, It helps you add foods into your diet so you can maintain your goal weight. I didn’t do the stabilization yet because i’m trying to lose a little more before i try to stabilize, but I went off of the diet for about a month, eating pretty badly, and only gained 1.5 lbs! I would definitly recommend this diet to anyone! It is expensive to buy the nutrients, but they go on sale usually about once a month. I buy mine online at diet direct.

if you really want to lose wight and fat then you should remember and do this:
EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) + L-Carnitine + TAKE LESS CALORIES + LIPO-6 = 100% SUCCESS
1) if you dint have then buy scales!!! that is the first thing to do!!
2) run every 2 days for at least ~30 minutes or/and walk every day at least 5 km!

5) you MUST change your diet!! start to use products with less fat, less carbohydrates! start count your calories! do not eat more than ~1800 per day and if you feel that you can reduce this number then do it!
