Question : Goldberg depression test, what is going on?
Ok so I’ve taken the test a few times in the last while and I always get 65-90, which is at high risk of severe depression and now I’m starting to get worried. What should I do? I’m soon planning to go on contraception & I’m heard that this can affect your state of mind too. I don’t know and I’m scared to tell my boyfriend or anyone coz I don’t wanna make them worry.
What would you guys suggest I do? (ah the advice of strangers)

online tests are notoriously inaccurate & can lead to feeling like you are now largely because they rely on subjective answers by yourself. If you are concerned enough about the possibility of being depressed then you should see a dr or counsellor who can make a proper assessment based on their opinion & assessment of you.
