It didn’t work for me but my mother-in-law swears by it.
You might think about doing a Yahoo Search for “anti-inflammatory diet”. I’ve had really good luck with mine.
I don’t know about the Flexicost thing, but glucosamine does work, if taken everyday, it makes a big difference in my life.
