Question : Does ativan help you control your temper with other antidepressant drugs along with talking to a Case Worker?
Note : I am also taking 100 mg of Zoloft and 100 mg of Lamictal once everyday too.

Note: I am not a psychiatrist or a doctor, but I work in the substance abuse field and wouldn’t recommend it.
Ativan is a type of drug that is highly addictive and isn’t meant to be used for long-term use. I would recommend a specialist who does one-on-one training in anger management skills. The more pills you start adding to your system the more potential side effects you may have.

Ativan is used to treat anxiety associated with depressive symptoms. It is also used to treat agitation and used to aid in alcohol detoxification. Just a caution it can cause sedation in some…so be careful if driving, etc. until you know if the drug will affect you this way.
