Does anyone know if dentists accept dental insurance as well dental discount plans?

I sell discount dental plans (http://DiscountDental4u.net) for a living so I can tell you as a matter of fact that there is not a dentist in the world that will allow you to use your existing dental insurance on top of a discount plan? The reason is because no dentist is stupid enough to cut their rates twice which is what they would be doing if they accepted both insurance and a discount plan for the same procedure!

However, it may be possible to use a discount plan to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses on those dental procedures that your existing insurance does not cover. For example, if you need to get a root canal but your dental insurance doesn’t pay for root canals, you could then join a discount plan and have your dentist perform the root canal at a substantially reduced price.
