Question : Does anyone know any good recipes for medical weight loss patients?
I’m on the medical weight loss program, i’m very firmiliar with it because it’s my second time around. But I was just wondering if anyone knew any good recipes! Sometimes the same ol’ stuff gets boring! Any would help :) Thank you. (I’m on the pink card)

If you are on a program prescribed by a doctor they should be giving you a list of what you need to eat.
