Yup, yup.
And it wont be long before they have to register them too, once the state realizes all the money they’re losing.
Mobility scooters do not meet federal safety standards for road use, so helmets and other rules of the road would not apply.
If the scooter is medically necessary, they are considered a pedestrian.
