If they look better then they were, sure. Look at women who have boob jobs. People especially men comment on their bust. When actually it’s just to sacs inside their chest walls. So if someone had something done to their face. And looks good because of it. Sure they can be called beautiful good looking whatever. As to she not looking herself. Well if she had face surgery. I would imagine that was the point of the whole thing. She wasn’t happy with the way she looked. Otherwise she would have stayed as she was. I have seen in magazines as well as TV stars and regular people who have themselves fixed. Had some work done to look better. Some do look better others look worse.

If the work is good, then absolutely!
I think the word “plastic” makes people shudder. Most “plastic” surgery involves removal, rather than addition. I think a more practical term is “cosmetic surgery.”
I wouldn’t encourage going overboard, though. Michael Jackson went way overboard.
I think practical surgery is surgery that is as non-altering as possible, but still producing dramatic results. Or, as long as it looks natural.

Anyway, yes you can call someone beautiful after they’ve been under the knife. . .”Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder” It’s her who’s gonna have to worry with guilt and even more insecurity to justify whether she truly is beautiful or not. . .everybody else can say what they want to say.

Everyone says Marilyn Monroe was beautiful or really pretty, and she had quite a bit of surgery to get that way. She looked really quite different to Norma Jean Baker.
