Question : Can a person have an advanced kidney cancer without having blood in the urine?
Doctors found cancer on my father bones, liver, and lungs. This was through MRI and CT Scan. But until now they are not able to find where the metastasis came from. They took a biopsy and they said it might be from Kidneys, but they are not sure yet. Can it be a kidney cancer while his urine does not have blood?

Yes its possible. Someone I know was in stage 4 with kidney cancer and blood tests never showed anything. It wasn’t until she has a CT scan that they caught it.
