Blood Type and Diet – Weight Loss and Optimal Health
years I had questions about the connections between the system, nutrition, immune system and disease. have learned through medical school, and countless seminars weekend, I body.It about some of the more complex workings of the human experience through practice and I owe the preservation of our health and well-being. It is generally accepted by most patients and health professionals that our daily diet has an impact on our health and well-being. I never heard statements and require scientific evidence that explain how and why. to teach nutrition classes in schools on the vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
Even before I went to chiropractic school, I went from one? here to there? asks what is the best â? Dieta? maybe. Â Of course I’m talking about a diet with a long-term health and welfare objective, not necessarily a diet to lose weight. During the 12 years I’ve tried every diet I’ve learned: McDougall Diet, Fit For Life, macrobiotic, Atkins diet, fasting, vegetarian for 2 1 / 2 years! You name the diet and I probably tried it!
In 1996, a colon therapist that said I met, that the blood group O producers mucosa (I’m A positive), and there were large differences in the type of blood. She told me there were one or two books on the subject. I searched long and hard to find one, and the book that I came over was because of Dr. James? Adamo. The book was called Mana? S eating is another mana? S Gift (his son, Peter Da? Adamo has been more books written on this topic). Dr. DA? Adamo was a Naturopathic Physician who practices in Canada for decades. On the pages of his book, I learned about his comments that there is a direct correlation with human blood and food! Each chapter has a story that people from all walks of life who followed his suggestions and to get rid of some of the worst health problems known to man describes accepted. I was very happy to hear his comments to apply in my life and my practice.
In January 1997, said a patient and my friends (which I said about the blood type and diet) to me, they saw a book on this subject at a local store. I was sure that the information was false, as Dr. Da? Adamo? The original book was printed in 1981, had long since exhausted, and it took 3 months to find a copy used book store find! I asked the patient to receive a copy, and of course a few days later I wanted a copy of Peter Da? Adamo? S (son of James) Eat right for your type book.
The book was full of new information, how and why blood type and diet are correlated. It also contained detailed information on each of the four blood groups A, B, AB and O. It was easy guide that people can remember the food was the best for their blood type, and they could significantly improve their health and well-being simply by following these guides. The book took my breath away. It was clear to me that Peter’s father decades of observations and positive patients have taken and done, the scientific research to back it up. It has expanded the content and has a book that I think over time, most of the thousands of pounds on the health of others who come and go every year eclipse.
A brief summary of the concept of blood type and diet:
Each cell in the blood proteins on their outer shell codes. These proteins are the immune system, called antigens. These antigens are used by the blood to determine a body? Friend or Foca? when floating around the body. If the antigens seen in contact with other proteins as foreign (such as bacteria) are, antigens to create antibodies against the intruder (s) fight. Each blood group is a type-specific antigen, its own unique chemical structure. Your blood group is named for the antigen on erythrocytes (A, B, AB and O) found.
red blood cells to interact not only with foreign organisms like bacteria and viruses, but also in contact with proteins in all foods. The food also contains proteins called lectins. When broken down and absorbed through the small intestine, these proteins are recognized by red blood cells for distribution throughout the body. A chemical reaction takes place between blood and the foods you eat. In other words, some lectins interact positively with blood, some are neutral and some will have a negative effect. What foods react depends on a |?. Youâ ve got it ????! Your blood type!
foods that have a negative effect on your body are the lectins that interact with your blood and create an immune response. The immune response leads to a thickening of the blood and finally lowered health and immunity. Some of the symptoms of people who regularly eat foods that are experienced not in the list the following for their kind. Fatigue, allergies, joint pain and headaches
There are many other important facts in Dr. DA? Adamo? Book. A note? S is the most was his statement on cereals, especially wheat and corn, and how many of them, the appropriateness of the thyroid and insulin production in the body to destroy. How many Americans have diabetes, pre-diabetes or hypothyroidism? How many people are tired or overweight to experience joint pain, headaches and allergies?
