YES< I have used it in the form of Estradiol. It works great as a hormone replacement therapy (HRT). I've had no bad side effects, in fact none at all. And my hot flashes are all under control. I started on the .5 mg dose and then went up to the 1mg dose and now everything is perfect. I think'll you enjoy it much better that using horse pregnant mare urine (premarin?).
