To be eligible to donate blood, you have at least 17 years old and weigh at least £ 110, valid ID required, and the donation takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Think you drink it, a healthy meal and plenty of water, eat before donating.

All donors receive a gift of appreciation and Athletico will be entered into a prize created to win various prizes.
