Question : Anorexia treatment question?
im almost 15 and recently my parents put me into an outpatient treatment center that’s 5 hours a day & 3 days a week. i’ve been cheating the recovery plan and losing weight again, and the staff there said that if i dont improve then theyll put me into an inpatient hospital. but my parents told me that they don’t want me in inpatient treatment because its a “fake environment”. if my parents dont want me to, can the people there still make me?

They might be able to if they feel it’s necessary. But, maybe they can’t without your parents concent

of course your parents don’t want you there, but yes, there are ways. if you are a danger to yourself, then there are ways to force you into treatment.
if you’re cheating and not able to maintain in OP treatment, maybe going IP is a better idea. you deserve to be well and happy, sweetie.
i’ve been in your shoes. the other side is so much better…
