Just so you all know, the BMI index chart is bulllshit. It’s outdated, I would know because my biology teacher pulled one out last semester and I asked her why she was using it because it was proven to be wrong in many studies, and I told her that it may morph ones self image, which is true.. needless to say we didn’t have to hand that work back in!

just so everyone knows commercial diets can be dangerous to fat people too. i am a victim of the early 90s nutrisystem gallstone cases and i was only 15 when i got them. i am very lucky to be alive cause i ended up with acute pancreatitis and was given a 10% chance of living. i am 34 now and have lots of health problems and if i am lucky i will see 55. if i can give one piece of advice to people stop focusing on weight and focus on life if you dont control the food it cant control you.

if i could have one wish it would make it illegal for any commercial diet center to accept minors to join and all participants must be supervised by their personal doctors. if these places are legit they would be willing to work with the doctors and the patient could be monitored properly. your life is worth more than a dollar or fitting into that swimsuit. i wish i could change my past but i cant and i no longer care to fit into todays new fads. i have lost 100 pounds on my own no diets.

wow…… what ignorant people. How on earth can someone who works in a clinic be retarded enough to say ‘irrealistic’ wow…. what a stupid girl. If i were seriously going to a diet clinic to lose weight and the person who was consulting me said something like that i’d have walked out immediately. I am passing this video along thanks Kat ^_^

wow…good job, girl!you showed a really big and important problem. This is so sad that so called “clinics” use people for money without any ethics, any principles, without any attention to health….That’s why all of us have to take care of ourselves without hoping that some magical power can save us or make us healthy, beautiful and happy…Good luck to you all!

Well, actually 15% is athlete’s BMI, so it’s not that low.
