allergy relief


Had an idea for a video during breakfast, so I turned on the camera and shared a little tip to deal with local allergies. Find a local place to purchase honey, not from the store though check out your farmers markets or local bee keepers. The theory behind this is that the local bees use local pollen to make they honey. When you ingest the pollen your body can build a defense against the pollen, lessening your reaction to the pollen. Give it a try and let me know how it works. – Adam
