Dr. Rogers is a family doctor for a medical certificate. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Mr. Rogers received his BA in microbiology from Louisiana Tech University in 1987. Mr. Rogers received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston graduate with honors in 1994. Mr. Rogers completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. Mr. Rogers is in the family medicine since 1997 accredited and has been practicing cosmetic medicine for four years.

Carrie White, MD
