About the author: Vickie Ellen Wolper was an art educator for over 32 years. His experience includes major newspapers and graphic software applications, web graphics, such as those developed since 1990. A teacher of graphic design in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver, she helped develop programs for Web site design is currently in two institutions of higher education. In 1995 she created her chart unique company, the training has on a graphics software for many individuals and businesses in the New England region in the last 15 years. During this time she built a business successful freelance graphic design with Photoshop talents on NH Chronicle, New Hampshire presented? S nightly television documentary series.
