Question : Acne remedies?????
I am 14 and am starting to realize that i break out more than I used to. My face isn’t covered but i have enough for people to notice. Does anybody have quick remedies that will get to clear up as fast as possible. PLEASE HELP!

Well, its a good thing your taking notice of it now, before it gets worse. My advice would be to take a shower morning AND night, and to wash your face three times a day. That will make it less likely acne will occur. Try buying a few over the counter products as well. If neither of those two work, go to your dermatologist as soon as possible. Acne is very difficult to cure when its severe, so wash wash wash!

O.k. the infared treatment looks awesome, seriously awesome… but if you don’t have $ 350 lying around….
First of all, relax. Stress will make you break out more. However, here’s some tips I figured out the hard way…
Don’t over dry your skin with expensive (an inexpensive) products. I would get one zit and go crazy and put all this stuff on it … just made it worse. Just wash your face with a non-harsh bar soap. Neutrogena makes a transparent face bar that’s perfect. It will clean your pores, but it won’t over dry. You can buy “Pears” (not the fruit, the british soap) for a lot less and it’s basically the same (I use Pears). Since I’ve used Pears, I’ve never had a breakout and only a few zits on rare occasions. If you want a spot on treatment, find one that isn’t to harsh. If you get a massive break out, then you may want to see a dermatologist. Some people might say “know your skin type”. That’s good advice, but no matter what your skin type you never want to be to harsh…. Never think about trying to “beat” the acne, just be nice to your face. Finally,don’t expect to have perfect skin, everyone gets some acne sometimes… and don’t think that many people notice… you notice a lot more! - Comment Feed for this Post
