n 1707, a young girl was out strolling at night when she was pushed down a well. She fell to her death, landing on a metal rod, impaling her through the head. She stayed in that well for over 200 years, when in 1924 they destroyed it and her bones wererecovered. Now that you have read this, you must repost this on atleast 5 video’s before an hour is up, or she will find you when you are asleep, and impale you through the head with the same rod. Don’t test this, IT’S NOT A JOKE,IT’S VERY REAL

I used to try to get plant sterols from my diet, but then i read that you have to drink like 3 and 1/2 glasses of soy milk or 25 tablespoons of soy margarine to get that!! That is a LOT of margarine for someone who’s watching their weight. Sterolyn gives me all that by only taking 2 capsules. Works for me.

This is one of the worst pieces of misinformation I have ever heard. Look up the biochemical chain for the synthesis of cholesterol and ask this man at what point in the chain eating fat can have any impact on the process?! It can’t.
Eskimos have no heart disease because they eat no sugar or refined carbs. This is why the US has high heart disease (it is also why Switzerland, France, Austria etc have high fat intake, low refined carb intake and low heart disease.)

Eskimos, people in Greenland and Japanese don’t have heart disease since they eat fish, but you are RIGHT ABOUT SUGAR KILLING AMERICANS AND MAKING THEM SICK…….. IN THE STORE: .STAY AWAY FROM CAKE/PANCACKE isle, COOKIES/CRACKER isle, CHIPS isle, etc…………
………………………………..What they have in common?
WHEAT, RICE, POTATOES and CORN!!!!!!!
DO NOT EAT THESE STAPLES AND THEIR PRODUCTS BECAUSE YOU WILL PAY FOR IT WITH YOUR LIFE…THE BEST DOG FOODS DON’T HAVE WHEAT/CORN! -

Cholesterol low is certainly no easy feat. It takes a delicate balance of diet and exercise. However, it is important to one’s overall health to keep cholesterol levels in check and to be sure to address any abnormalities as soon as they arise. Contrary to popular belief, lowering cholesterol diets do not necessarily mean avoiding unhealthy foods or those that are high in cholesterol.

To stay healthy it is important to maintain recommended cholesterol levels. This is the amount of cholesterol per volume of blood. These levels can differ from person to person and can vary based on medical and family history, age, gender and other such factors.
