Aspirin works to thin the blood (improving circulation) and reduce localized pain.
I take a baby aspirin a day, as approved by my dr. I was not permitted, however, to take an aspirin product before my brain surgery or following, to reduce the risk of bleeding. It can be beneficial during chemo treatments, as some can cause blood clots.
