Question : what diagnosis code must be used for medicare/ medicaid to approve an adjustable bed frame for a mattress?
My parents are elderly with chronic back problems. I no at one time adjustable bedframes could be approved through insurance or medicare/medicaid. Is this still the case? If so- what are the conditions that it would be approved for? Thank you.
