The Wellness MG-III Home system effectively reduces chlorine, chloramines, trihalomethanes, pesticides, heavy metals, and foreign tastes and odors below detectable levels for safer, healthier water. At the same time it enhances the water with delicate ions and minerals. By increasing the solubility of water, the MG-III also provides a conditioning effect without salt or resins, reducing unsightly spotting and scaling associated with moderately hard water.

The Wellness Filter does a fantastic job at removing contaminants from city water, and leaves in the beneficial minerals you want in your water. We’ve tested the water before and after the filter, and this system removes chlorine and chloramines to almost undetectable levels, even when tested with sophisticated electronic test equipment. I don’t know where the previous reviewer got his information, but this system does not add in contaminants. It removes what you don’t want, and enhances the water by increasing solubility and adding trace minerals. In addition, the system is self cleaning and completely maintenance free. We’ve seen a great improvement in our health since using this water, and we’ve heard the same from friends and family. I’ve used all types of water systems, and none have worked as well as this. There are many products out there for cleaning our water, unfortunately I found after purchasing this, that this system is not the right way to go if you want clean water. This system puts back in elements that a good filtration system will want to take out. if the water were already purified, this would be ok, but this system dirties up water that is needed to be cleaned, especially if you live in a city.
