i a a skillful player (which means that i pull and push the ball to go round players)
i was playing soccer during a very hot day on artificial grass and during the game at one point a a player was coming and i pulled the ball with my right foot a step inward (away) to my left as i dodged the player i quickly pushed the ball behind him i had a clear chance to shoot but before you know i placed my right foot and was about to take an extra touch with my left foot -

to set the ball on my right foot (basically my left foot was traveling to take an extra touch and i was balancing on my right foot) and i felt that my right femur slipped to the right side and made a sound ( lol … BouL …. like oxygen bubble in the water) but i know that if i were torn my ligament i would have heard a sound like ( tick or tack) when it snaps. so now i can not fully flex my right leg but i experience pain at the back of my knee (softy bump) can any one tell me whats hapening

I run a lot and play soccer. For the past few weeks my knee has been burning and like you mentioned it pops when I go up and down the stairs. What should I do to fix this? I got myself braces for the knee and I completely stopped my cardio. What is the solution?
