This is so easy to understand. Why dont more people take their health into their own hands and demand to be treated the correct way from their MD’s. Everything mentioned in this video is common sense. This is a wonderful learning video and i hope people watching it assert themselves to do better for themselves then their doctors can ever do. No reason for people to be feeling so bad. Thank you

WHEN I STOPPED SWEET FOODSincl fruits-which feed yeast and cause mood disorders-i eat beef patti every morning at 7am-then i dont have cravings for bread,starch all day-soup no salt,salad beef or iron spinach or foods-im a different person but i have to say no to others if it wrecks my bedtime-i have to be up at 5-6 am-nap at noon-life is good -when my priority is my bodys health

@bennett5058 – I don’t know about the other stuff, but I noticed a very fast result with sleeping through the night. I used to pop up at 4AM without fail. After I did the docs Candida program, I now sleep straight through. It has lasted for about 3 months now. So I would say for that it works for sure. I also noticed I have a better mood, but that could be because of more consistent sleep.

@bennett5058, I think it really works but the 1st 3 days, I felt awful!! His stuff kills something fast. Drink a lot of water, before you get your kit & it will be easier. By 4 or 5 days I noticed my depression was over, I was laughing a lot. (Too much @ work, I got in trouble for it.) But overall I felt a colossal difference in my mood and I did sleep better after day 5. I was blown away by his CD, I keep it in the car & listen 2 it at least once a week because his diet helps my jeans fit

I have heard if one does the raw mostly fruit 80 10 10 diet for for 2 days to a week it kills off the candida. Has this been proven wrong?
