Dolphins jump over the planet earth and the blue cats sitting on the tables! All this and more is in the Portal Cafe Vancouver happens from now until 12 April.

All images are acrylic on canvas. Diana Shaffner, an artist from Germany, has created vivid images of animals for years. With a background in graphic design and child psychology, she has developed its work, aimed at a very young target group. However, many adults sat the bright, abstract paintings for the animals themselves rather than their children. Regardless of your age, people feel drawn to these colorful creatures on screen.
