can i use baking soda and apple cider or hydrogen peroxide substitute for water? i tried to use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide instead of water… the baking soda turned into icing but my gum’s hurt and became reddish maybe there’s an allergic reaction or maybe the hydrogen peroxide causing inflammation.
