can i use baking soda and apple cider or hydrogen peroxide substitute for water? i tried to use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide instead of water… the baking soda turned into icing but my gum’s hurt and became reddish maybe there’s an allergic reaction or maybe the hydrogen peroxide causing inflammation.

@chloeey Why are you using hydrogen peroxide? Don’t use that, that’s whats causing the inflammation. That’s usually used for cuts and for cleaning wounds, don’t brush your teeth with it. Use just the baking soda.

@chloeey hydrogen peroxide should NOT be taken orally, even at a low dosage (3%) it can blister your tongue.

@NevRav oic.. my friend told me to use Hydrogen peroxide coz she’s using it to whiten her skin… she told me its better to use hydrogen peroxide than water for my teeth.. that is why i tried it. but thanks for ur advise.. i wont use it anymore.. thanks
