Im 14, 5″3 and I weigh 108 lbs.
I have been vomiting on purpose for 4 months now and I really want to talk to someone. I cant talk to my parents about it, because it would hurt them, so I was thinking of calling a phone helpline for people suffering from eating disorders. The problem is, I want to make sure that the call will be confidential and safe. Can any adult please call them and let me know if it’s okay? They Have Those Numbers For A Reason, And That’s For Anonymous Help, And For People Who Feel The Same As You. They Dont Take Names. Trust Me

Sweetie, don’t be scared or feel alone. Lots of men and women suffer from this. It is very common, and I can see how you feel like you can’t talk to them, but trust me, it won’t hurt them. It will only hurt them, if you don’t tell them, and if this gets out of control, and you get to deep into this. Those hot-line are safe and confidential. Do you have any sisters or aunts, or a girl you feel close to that you can talk too?
Maybe writing a letter to your parents, asking them to please understand and be there for you, and support you.
My husband suffered bulimia, and I finally figured out on my own he was doing this. He was afraid to hurt me and tell me also, and also afraid i would criticize. I told him that I was sad, he had to go through this, but was there 100%. He is getting help now, and its been 2 years, he has not been throwing up.
Get help, and you will be fine and your life will be better.

All those help lines are anonymous. You don’t have to worry about them telling anyone. It’s against their policy. Hope you call and get the help you need.
