Work great on my spine muscles. The length helps to control the muscles when they begin to spasm.Bought some for my sister who broke her back a few years ago, and she loves them also. -

I throw my back out all the time and those little electrodes work, but getting them placed just right can be tricky. This thing rocks! It’s a lot of long stickiness to handle at once, but once you put it on-Wow! I will be buying this item constantly to have it on hand! -

My lower back pain is severe, and I use my TENS unit often. The little square or circle pads just don’t stick cause my waist band rubs against them. These long strips do the trick and stay put. And the larger area across my back helps also. Best electrodes I’ve found in four years. Love them. -

I have checked prices all over the internet and this is the best price I could find. I really like the long strip across the back for the lower back pain. The doctor says I am to sleep with it on every night. I tried the small patches and they just weren’t as comfortable or as effective as these long strips are.
