This is a great product, but beware this is the SMALL can. The large cans can be purchased at a warehouse club saving you more than 50% even when you consider the $10 back offer. -

It tastes just like chocolate milk and its filling. I like to put bananas in it in a blender its awesome. -

I love SlimFast and most of their products. If you have the time making the shakes yourself it is much cheaper than buying them already made in the cans. And this flavor, the Milk Chocolate is my absolute favorite. I make it in a blender and add half a banana and it is a delicioius shake. I find these shakes definitely keep me full for 4 hours but I need to be prepared with something healthy to eat when that 4 hours is up for miraculously if I let too much time pass I will crave things that are not good for me.This product does its job very well. It provides all the nutrients, vitamins and protein necessary for a healthy diet. It is not SlimFasts fault whether we loose weight or not. We need to be healthy with our diet the rest of the time as well as exercise. It is a difficult journey to loose weight and SlimFast has some great products to help. Also meant to add that I have one of these shakes for breakfast and lunch daily and that way I am able to go through the day healthy and with energy each day. It is up to me to provide the healthy dinner.

I have been using Slimfast powders for years. I put them in my coffee (chocolate) and in the summer, in “health” shakes I make. They blend well plus I feel I am getting my nutrition. I like the taste of all of them!A tip though: You can get these at Walmart for around $6 a can.

My husband and I have both used Slimfast before in the past for a fast meal and enjoyed it and lost some weight, too. When Slimfast switched to the “Optima” plan a few years ago (and only sold that) we were very disappointed. The Optima is so disgusting I don’t know how anyone chokes it down.
When I saw the new packaging and the label said “New” Slimfast I was hopeful that maybe Slimfast made an alternate version. I was still skeptical but I bought a can at WalMart. I made it and added some ice and it tastes like a chocolate milkshake. I am so glad to know that Slimfast is back! I am going to add orange extract to my next one and maybe a banana to the one after that!
This 3 can option at Amazon with free shipping is cheaper than my Walmart.
I have only tried Milk Chocolate so far.
