Question : Said my breathalyzer was 1.0 couldn’t have been. Wasn’t drinking, now what?
On probation. They have tried to get me for everything! Followed my friends car all around town to just below my house. Friend wasn’t feeling well and stayed at my house.I drove his car to Walmrt. Came out and officer was shining flashlight in car and called the drug dogs in. Didn’t find anything. Didn’t let them know I was driving the car cause I didn’t want them to tow it in. He said the windows were tinted too much. Does that give him the right to start checking inside of it and call dogs?! Went up and sat on bench at Walmart and he came and asked me “You still here? I said “yes” waiting for my ride. He then came back up to me and said I need to give you a breathalyzer. He said I registered 1.0, couldn’t have wasn’t even drinking. Wouldn’t show it to me. It was a portable one, so I asked to go to the station to get a real one and he wouldn’t take me. Jerked me off the bench and took me to jail; where I asked for another one. Harassment or what? Any guidance appreciat
