while on naltrexone and you sustain an injury, the pain management used here in oz is suboxone or katemine
while on a low dose of naltrexone it is possible to override it with consistant usage of opiates to override the receptors, wouldnt get the same affect as you would without them but still possible.
i am not a doctor by no means just have experienced naltrexone

Good on you mate, sharing your experience.
In Subiaco, W Aust, a clinic does this after rapid-withdrawal (supervised under light anaesthetic). It does have a good success rate, but there are risks of fatal overdose while on the implant, and when the implant actually ‘runs out’.You take care mate, l love the way your mum stood by you, sometimes it takes just one person.
Good luck for your future. -

You are very brave and you seem to have great personality. There are other method called waissman method. This method is somewhat similar but you need to be hospitalized. They will hook you up with many different medication to block the receptors. You will go into withdrawl while sleeping. This will prevent you from the typical withdrawl without the pain. This method works very well.
I hope you are doing well. Please let me know how you are doing
Best of luck -

Hey thanks for the informative vid, I’ve just come off methadone/suboxene 4 days ago for the third time in my 12 year addiction to heroin. I was trying to do something positive and rang around Dr’s re naltrexone implant, just a few minutes ago I spoke too a Dr who recommended naltrexone injection, which I didn’t know about, so next Monday 2pm I’ll be getting my first shot. I just need to keep clean until then, that’s the hard part. This is what brought me to your vid.

While on the Naltrexone and you break an arm or injury requiring pain meds do you just have to take the pain of the injury or do hospitals have other strong non opiate meds available?
