I had a baby back in August. I got so big, people thought I was having twins, and because of this I have a lot of extra skin and loose muscles/fat. I can’t seem to get my strength back either. But, I’m super scared to get plastic surgery. The closest to surgery I’ve ever gotten was having my wisdom teeth removed.

hi im a 19 yrs old man who has diastasis recti, ive never been fat but the thing is that time ago i used to work out and swim a lot so i got a diastasis, the gap is not that big and is only from the top to the navel, im not fat but since i dont workout more i have a little bit of extra fat, almost nothing like a little belly, so i was searching about how can i fix this and i found something about endoscopy tummy tuck, would this work for me? - Comment Feed for this Post
