Thank you. Just make sure you use a relatively safe filler like Juvederm Ultra Plus or Perlane and see an experienced plastic surgeon or dermatologist. You dont want to experiment with your face or take risks right before your wedding. Cost depends on the doctor. We charge by syringe. One syringe of Perlane which she got is $700. Some patients need 2-4 syringes. -

typically I ask patients not to do sports for at least 3 days. You may get some extra swelling after sports but it shouldnt be a problem unless you get hit hard in the face. Ask your doctor as each doctor has a different recommendation about activity after injections. Surgery is different. I ask for no sports for 2-3 weeks after surgery and no contact sports for 3 months after surgery -

Weight loss can deflate the face. Your options are fat injection, “relatively safe” FDA approved filler injections or cheek implants. With any of these you HAVE to find a great doctor since this is your face and you dont want to take too much risk. I like Perlane and Juvederm Ultra Plus. They last about 6-9 months. Cost depends on how many syringes you need. One syringe would be around $700 or so but some may need 3-4 syringes.

Fat injections do not last forever and touch ups are needed. Depending on the technique it may last only a few months or several years. It is very technique dependent which means the results depends on the doctor you choose. I cannot tell you what to do because I have not seen or examined you. Do lots of research and choose wisely. -

@DrNaderi , Dr. I had Question about Rinoplasty I am a Middle eastern Female and I am interested in Rinoplasty, I don’t have any dorsal hump on my nose and my nose is stright but it does look tall and I would like to change it to more feminine profile , Two doctors that I went to they can’t do much, I was wondering if you had any Suggestion if thats possible, Thank you!

Hi, Most things are possible but I would have to see you or at least see some good pictures of your face and nose from the front and side and base views to be able to give you more specifics. You do not need to have a hump or a crooked nose or a big tip. Sometimes the nose just needs to be “cuter” all over or reduced in length.
