Is there a policy at Wal-Mart that says you cant use the handicap scooters to joust a friend in the store?
Question : Is there a policy at Wal-Mart that says you cant use the handicap scooters to joust a friend in the store?
It was very late, very few customers. No one parked in the handicap spots, and there were 10 or so scooters not being used. My friend and I both took one to the toy department and picked up toy swords, and bike helmets.
We talked to Dave in electronics and asked if it would be ok if we jousted each other. Dave said that was fine, and he would keep score. So my friend and I headed to the opposite ends of the store on our “horses” and we rev’d up and approached each other. We collided several times, and were all tied up in the 6th round.
Right before we collided for the 7th time, Dave’s manager came in between us, and started screaming at us and Dave. Dave was fired on the spot, and my friend and I were kicked out of the store.
Is there any way we can get Dave his job back? He’s a really cool guy. He’s 45 and his mom lets him live with her for free. She even buys his beer and video games.
Anyways, is there a way to get this great American his job back? Also, can my friend and I sue for harrassment?
Dave turned himself in. Hes a standup kinda guy. A true hero.

LMAO, you shouldnt have said dave let you
well you can get kicked out of the store if you are misusing the carts because you could damage them or run down the battery so when a handicapped person comes in a needs them they will be ruined. the store also can charge you for them if they are damaged. if you were messing around with stuff that was meant for people that need them then yes you can loose your job and get kicked out.
