Is there a nonprescription estrogen replacement therapy that does not have appetite inducing properties?
Question : Is there a nonprescription estrogen replacement therapy that does not have appetite inducing properties?
I have been on estradiol valerate (plant-based estrogen) injections for nearly a year. It increased my overall sense of well-being, but … it has ‘an appetite inducing property’. Since I am disabled and on a narcotic, I have a lot of problems w/ digestion/elimination, cannot exercise, and cannot endure the weight gain.

Solgar makes a very good soy isoflavone supplement called Genistein. It works for me.
My advice is to look into bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. This is a natural method that first uses some simple lab test to determine your exact hormone amounts (estrogen/estriol/etc) so that you don’t nock the other hormones out of balance.
I know of one company that I work with and send my patients to -
