Question : I have the WORST, most CROOKED teeth imaginable (see picture). Where can I find the BEST orthodontist in NY?
I avoided the dentist as a child because of a silly childhood fear. I partially blame my folks for not being good parents and forcing me to go. Now, as a young adult, I regret not getting dental treatment earlier on.

My teeth are SO ****ed up, it’s not even funny. I don’t have cavities/toothaches, and they’re not yellow/rotten (I brush twice a day).

Rather, my teeth are SO crooked….in fact, I’ve yet to see someone with more messed up teeth than mine.

There’s just so much overcrowding, etc. I think one of my wisdom teeth is impacted (looks like it’s sideways), ugh. I don’t have any physical pain whatsoever, but I can’t even stand to look at a mirror.

If ANYONE can help, it would be appreciated. My case looks so severe that I need to find one of the best dentists available in the New York area ( I live around Queens/LI so that would be preferred).

I’ve put this off long enough. My goal is to be able to smile again by the time I’m 21 (I’m almost 20 now). My childhood fear of pain is no more. After all, nothing hurts more than not being able to smile.
