Coming off heroin at 48 hours, using kratom to get through withdrawals. I’ve been using heroin on and off for 20 years. In the past, have gotten clean several times, usually by taking the geographical cure. Problem is, I eventually come back to Montreal and go back to old habits. This time, I’m managing to kick heroin right here in the city by drinking kratom tea, which helps with withdrawals. Kratom is a powder made from the plant mytragena speciosa, which binds to only one of two opiate receptors. You still feel sick, but it gets rid of the panic so you can deal with the detox instead of running out to score against your better judgement.

I dont think indiana jones here had that bad of a dope habit- Kratom, xanax, and sleeping pils didnt do anythin to make me feel better. This guys walking around, hes fully clothed and conversating with this women. I remember how i felt. I was going crazy, i couldnt focus on anuthing, i was so tired yet i couldn sit still enough to sleep, i couldnt sleep for about a week and i was vomitting and shtting everywhere. Theres no way this guys withdrawing hard. This isnt a good depiction of withdrawl

I always tell people use kratom to REPLACE a worse habit, and you’ll be okay.
Abuse kratom, and you’ll undo the whole reason for using it…..
It help me out of alcoholism and depression….but only coz I didn’t “stack on” more toys in my attic at the same time. I found it not-so-pleasant to drink with it.
If you stick to that philosophy and use the kratom to boot out your other habits you’ll be doing just fine….good luck on your journey

A few months ago, I would of laughed at this guy and others like him but recently I was at a party and took some X. I was misinformed about the base. Rather than having taken speed based X, it was Heroine based….boy did that fuck up my next day. So, yeah, I can understand his misery….it’s a pain that’s really hard to describe… No point really….Just wanted to share…
