Question : Has anyone used an ultrasound stimulator on a bone fracture? Did it help healing?
I have a fracture on my right foot that has shown no signs of healing after 4 months. My Dr. suggested using an ultrasound stimulator to help with the healing process. I would like to know if anyone has used one and did it actually heal the bone? If this doesn’t work, I will need foot surgery.

Yeah, my brother had that as a last resort but he wasn’t covered with health insurance so it was expensive. He still has some pain with the injury, particularly in cold weather so he uses thermal socks which helps. Whichever way u go u really need to rest your foot until properly healed….good luck.
