Question : Eating Disorder/ Body Image Issues?
I just turned 13, I’m 5’5″, and I weigh 95 pounds. I hate my body. I feel fat, and I especially hate my thighs, butt, and stomach. I try to lose weight, exercise (tennis, soccer, basketball, gym class three days a week, crunches and sit-ups at home) and go on diets where I only eat salads and whole- grain toast. I just learned that my friend who supposedly had “mono” actually had anorexia and was at an eating disorder clinic in Arizona. I’m worried that I might develop an eating disorder but at the same time it would make me skinny. I don’t want to discuss this with my parents, doctor, or anyone for that matter. Please help and give advice!
I sometimes try to not eat for days at a time and I suck in my stomach when I wear tight clothing. What’s up with that?

13, 5’5 and 95 pounds… thats really thin. youre not disgustingly fat, youre ALMOST disgustingly skinny.
