Question : Due to a previous accident that damaged my teeth,I have to get 6 dental implants.I am so worried and afraid.?
I am worried about crazy things.Like,since I found out that dental implants are the best way to go for someone in their 20′s(a young age),I chose that option over anything else.I now found out that each impant does not have to be put in seperately,more than one tooth can be hooked on to one implant screw.When I heard the word screw,it scared me.I saw the picture and it freaked me out.I am worried about my breath.Yes,you heard me.Metal has a smell,it smells metallic.I do not want my breath to smell like metal.I am so afraid of that.I am 24 and will be dating and such,the metal part is making me feel insecure.Having messed up teeth has already made me feel insecure,but the metal implants is no better.Someone with implants or a friend with implants,please explain to me if it is possible that even if you brush on the regular,your breath can smell like metal.This is a serious question and I expect serious answers.Thanks in advance to the mature people~
