I completely agree! Healthy body, healthy mind!
Most food is addictive except fruit, which funnily enough is the best for us,
People trying special detox diets don’t miss eating, they miss the taste and the feelings associated with eating certain foods, that what makes it so hard!!
As to the last of your comment, you hit the nail on one of the main reasons I made the video.

I have been cursed with a food addiction since an early age. I need food every few hours or else I suffer ill temper, light-headedness, loss of energy, dangerous weightloss, and my doctor tells me it might even lead to death. If I were to quit cold turkey, it would surely kill me. I’ll have to wean myself…

well i’m not an expert in curing addictions but I would say 4 chocolate bars a day is way in excess, I would suggest a good start would be switching to dark chocolate as it’s got less sugar and eating less chocolate each time so you can get yourself to 4 helpings of 1 chocolate bar a day see how you get on

Refined and synthesized sugar is an interesting beast.
There is another highly addictive product that has sugar in it. Can you guess what it is. Ok, i’ll tell you…
It’s cigarettes/tobacco products, lol. Yes, nicotine is addictive but it is the sugar in the cigs that keep you coming back, lol. Notice how smokers like their coffee sweet, hahaha!!! The deception is highly organized but not hidden because the universe exposes them, just open up your heart.
