Has anyone ever tried those treatments where you rub on some kind of herb extract, wrap yourself up and then wash it away in an effort to target problem fat spots? What’s your take?

no and i wouldnt I LOVE my fat
The only way the topical cream would work in reducing fat is to rub it in for 8 hours. There are no quick fixes.
Exercise and diet.
