Question : Do I need a resellers permit before I sell digital products and services as a reseller in Connecticut?
Also, do I need a specific type of resellers license to sell digital web products?? I may become a reseller of physical products, but that is not my immidiate plan.
Apparently in CT, web services and products are considered taxable; must I apply for a permit (or license, whatever the term is) before I can become a reseller? Or must I obtain a license before I file my next tax forms?

if you plan on strictly selling things through the internet, no
no lic is needed

when you get a fixed site in a community, yes you will

anything he wishes to require of you]
