The non-profit Vagabundos del Mar Boat and Travel Club, a pioneer in tourism Baja now with 10,000 members, is entering its 45th Year traveling across Mexico and especially in Baja California. Many members of the main Baja Highway travel regularly and back roads. People in the lower city are known for their warmth, friendliness, hospitality and willingness to help tourists known.
