Question : Beginning Medical Assistant Program this week – should i take Phlebotomy training also?
Hi – I am starting a Medical Assistant Program this week. Should i take the Phlebotomy Training to go along with it? Would having that help me get a better job or salary?

Yes, what alot of my class mates are doing is getting their Phlebotomy certification while they’re also getting their Medical Assistant certification. That way, you can work as a phlebotomist for extra money while you’re finishing your Med Assist.
