When downloading, the application asks the user to create a basic profile, and then they take you through a series of questions about the location, intensity and type of pain. The user can also a series of tests to assess the movement of their mobility. Back pain free and then evaluates their responses and generates a customized program of exercises for lower back pain from a library of more than 40 video clips.
