This is a great question. Unfortunately I don’t know but I certainly hope there are. They would need to respect a certain amount of individual choice if they are going to help people.
You should research this, but it may be difficult to find one. Depending on the severity of your disease, you need complete protein to rebuild yourself. Contrary to what veganism teaches, plant sources are not a good way to do that. It’s too easy to lack one or more of the essential amino acids, and your body has to struggle for what it does get. You have to realize that people with certain conditions can’t afford to be “compassionate” if it compromises their health. Kidney disease is an example that comes to mind. Someone with that needs high-quality protein and simply can’t afford the strain that low-quality vegetable sources place on the kidneys (there’s a lot of waste to get rid of, in addition to an excess of minerals).
Your veganism should be addressed as a part of all this, because it may simply be another facet of your anorexia. I’m not condemning veganism, just suggesting that there may be more to yours than compassion. It could also be an excuse for poor eating behavior.
